Terms of Service Rules and agreements for using Wubloo Last updated: March 2026 These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wubloo platform operated by HOOFDVOGEL BV. By using our services, you agree to these terms. 1. Definitions "Platform" — The Wubloo website builder and associated services "User" — Any person or entity using the Platform "Subscription" — A paid plan granting access to Platform features "Content" — Any data, text, images, or materials uploaded by Users 2. Account Registration You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. 3. Subscriptions & Payments The free trial provides 7 days of full access — no payment required Claiming your website costs €1 (non-refundable) and covers the website and selected modules until day 30 after site creation From day 30, subscriptions are billed monthly via Mollie ; modules can be cancelled individually Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date You may cancel at any time from your account settings 4. Your Content You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using Wubloo, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. 5. Prohibited Activities You may not: Use the platform for any illegal purpose Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security Resell or redistribute our services without permission Harass other users or upload offensive content 6. Service Availability We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOOFDVOGEL BV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may export your data before cancellation. 9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Belgian law . Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Antwerp, Belgium. 10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms with 30 days notice . Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
