Trial Period (€1 First Month)
Our trial offer allows you to try Wubloo for €1 during the first month. The trial fee is non-refundable. This trial period gives you the opportunity to evaluate our platform before committing to a full subscription.
Subscriptions & Modules
After the trial period, subscriptions renew at the standard rate. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and module purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@wubloo.com with your account email and reason for refund. We process requests within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions unless within the 30-day window.
EU Consumer Rights
As a Belgian company, we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For digital content delivered immediately, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon commencement of the service.

This policy outlines the refund and return conditions for Wubloo services provided by HOOFDVOGEL BV.
Digital Products & Subscriptions
Wubloo provides digital services (website builder, hosting, and management tools). Because of the nature of digital products:
Free Trial & €1 Intro Period
- The first 7 days are completely free — no payment required
- Claiming your website costs €1 and covers the website and all selected modules until day 30 after site creation
- The €1 activation fee is non-refundable
- You may cancel before day 30 to avoid further charges; modules can be cancelled individually
Monthly Subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment
- If unsatisfied within 30 days of your first subscription charge, contact us for a full refund
- After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (via Mollie). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Account terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Requests made after the eligible refund period
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us
Add-on Features
Individual feature add-ons follow the same refund policy as subscriptions. Features activated during a trial period are included in the trial terms.
