This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for digital products and subscriptions sold by HOOFDVOGEL BV ("Wubloo") through wubloo.com.
Trial Period (€1 First Month)
Our trial offer allows you to try Wubloo for €1 during the first month. The trial fee is non-refundable. This trial period gives you the opportunity to evaluate our platform before committing to a full subscription.
Subscriptions & Modules
After the trial period, subscriptions renew at the standard rate. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and module purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@wubloo.com with your account email and reason for refund. We process requests within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions unless within the 30-day window.
EU Consumer Rights
As a Belgian company, we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For digital content delivered immediately, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon commencement of the service.

Dit beleid beschrijft de terugbetalings- en retourvoorwaarden voor Wubloo-diensten van HOOFDVOGEL BV.
Digitale producten & abonnementen
Wubloo biedt digitale diensten (websitebouwer, hosting en beheerhulpmiddelen).
Gratis proefperiode & €1 introperiode
- De eerste 7 dagen zijn volledig gratis — geen betaling vereist
- Het claimen van uw website kost €1 en dekt de website en alle geselecteerde modules tot dag 30 na aanmaak van de site
- De activatiekost van €1 is niet-restitueerbaar
- U kunt voor dag 30 annuleren om verdere kosten te voorkomen; modules kunnen afzonderlijk worden geannuleerd
Maandelijkse abonnementen
- 30 dagen niet-goed-geld-terug garantie op uw eerste abonnementsbetaling
- Indien ontevreden binnen 30 dagen, neem contact op voor volledige terugbetaling
- Na 30 dagen zijn abonnementen niet-restitueerbaar voor de lopende factureringsperiode
- Annulering gaat in aan het einde van de lopende factureringscyclus

- Vermeld uw account-e-mailadres en de reden voor terugbetaling
- Wij verwerken geldige terugbetalingen binnen 5-10 werkdagen
Terugbetalingsmethode
Terugbetalingen worden verwerkt naar de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode (via Mollie).
Uitzonderingen
Terugbetalingen worden niet verleend bij:
- Account beindigd wegens schending van de Voorwaarden
- Verzoeken na de geldige terugbetalingsperiode
- Chargebacks ingediend zonder ons eerst te contacteren
