These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wubloo platform operated by HOOFDVOGEL BV.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wubloo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wubloo is a digital platform that allows users to create and manage websites, online stores, and related digital services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Trial: €1 for the first month (non-refundable)
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the published rate
  • Module purchases are subject to our Refund Policy
  • All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Wubloo in compliance with all applicable laws, our Acceptable Use Policy, and these Terms. You are responsible for all content published through your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Wubloo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HOOFDVOGEL BV. You retain ownership of content you create using our platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

HOOFDVOGEL BV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Ces Conditions Generales regissent votre utilisation de la plateforme Wubloo exploitee par HOOFDVOGEL BV.


1. Definitions

  • "Plateforme" — Le constructeur de sites Wubloo
  • "Utilisateur" — Toute personne utilisant la Plateforme
  • "Abonnement" — Un plan payant
  • "Contenu" — Toutes donnees televersees

2. Inscription

Vous devez fournir des informations exactes. Vous etes responsable de la confidentialite de vos identifiants.


3. Abonnements & Paiements

  • Lessai gratuit offre 7 jours dacces complet — aucun paiement requis
  • Lactivation de votre site coute 1 euro (non remboursable) et couvre le site et les modules selectionnes jusquau jour 30 apres la creation
  • A partir du jour 30, les abonnements sont factures mensuellement via Mollie; les modules peuvent etre annules individuellement
  • Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement
  • Vous pouvez annuler a tout moment

4. Votre Contenu

Vous conservez la propriete de votre contenu. Vous nous accordez une licence limitee pour lheberger.


5. Activites interdites

  • Utilisation illegale
  • Upload de code malveillant
  • Revente non autorisee
  • Harcelement

6. Disponibilite

Nous visons 99,9% de disponibilite.


7. Limitation de responsabilite

Notre responsabilite totale est limitee aux montants payes au cours des 12 derniers mois.


8. Resiliation

Nous pouvons suspendre les comptes en violation.


9. Droit applicable

Ces conditions sont regies par le droit belge.


10. Modifications

Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions avec un preavis de 30 jours.
