These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wubloo platform operated by HOOFDVOGEL BV.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wubloo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wubloo is a digital platform that allows users to create and manage websites, online stores, and related digital services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Trial: €1 for the first month (non-refundable)
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the published rate
  • Module purchases are subject to our Refund Policy
  • All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Wubloo in compliance with all applicable laws, our Acceptable Use Policy, and these Terms. You are responsible for all content published through your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Wubloo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HOOFDVOGEL BV. You retain ownership of content you create using our platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

HOOFDVOGEL BV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Regels en afspraken voor het gebruik van Wubloo

Deze Algemene Voorwaarden regelen uw gebruik van het Wubloo-platform beheerd door HOOFDVOGEL BV. Door onze diensten te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.


1. Definities

  • "Platform" — De Wubloo websitebouwer en bijbehorende diensten
  • "Gebruiker" — Elke persoon of entiteit die het Platform gebruikt
  • "Abonnement" — Een betaald plan dat toegang geeft tot Platformfuncties
  • "Inhoud" — Alle gegevens, tekst, afbeeldingen of materialen geupload door Gebruikers

2. Accountregistratie

U moet nauwkeurige informatie verstrekken bij het aanmaken van een account. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertrouwelijk houden van uw inloggegevens.


3. Abonnementen & Betalingen

  • De gratis proefperiode biedt 7 dagen volledige toegang — geen betaling vereist
  • Het claimen van uw website kost €1 (niet-restitueerbaar) en dekt de website en geselecteerde modules tot dag 30 na aanmaak van de site
  • Vanaf dag 30 worden abonnementen maandelijks gefactureerd via Mollie; modules kunnen afzonderlijk worden geannuleerd
  • Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd tenzij geannuleerd voor de verlengingsdatum
  • U kunt te allen tijde annuleren via uw accountinstellingen

4. Uw Inhoud

U behoudt het eigendom van alle inhoud die u uploadt. Door Wubloo te gebruiken, verleent u ons een beperkte licentie om uw inhoud te hosten en weer te geven.


5. Verboden activiteiten

U mag niet:

  • Het platform gebruiken voor illegale doeleinden
  • Schadelijke code uploaden of beveiligingsmaatregelen doorbreken
  • Onze diensten doorverkopen zonder toestemming
  • Andere gebruikers lastigvallen of aanstootgevende inhoud uploaden

6. Beschikbaarheid

Wij streven naar 99,9% uptime maar garanderen geen ononderbroken service.


7. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

HOOFDVOGEL BV is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade. Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag betaald in de 12 maanden voorafgaand aan de claim.


8. Beeindiging

Wij kunnen accounts opschorten die deze voorwaarden schenden. Bij beeindiging stopt uw recht op gebruik onmiddellijk.


9. Toepasselijk recht

Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door Belgisch recht. Geschillen worden beslecht door de rechtbanken van Antwerpen.


10. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden bijwerken met 30 dagen kennisgeving.
